The Roses Ministry is a faith-based not-for-profit organization inspired to show God’s love to the hurt and broken in practical ways.

The Roses is the most beautiful of flowers despite the thorns found in its stem. Interestingly, what we call thorns are actually prickles, which are typically sickle-shaped hooks that help the rose hang onto other vegetation when growing over it. The Rose has many petals that open one after another with compound leaves. It is precious, with sweet fragrance, and with very many colours. The Rose oil is for healing and beautification in cosmetics. The Rose hip is one of the richest sources of vitamin C. Roses are of great source of sustenance and of economic importance to florists and perfume makers in many parts of the world. The Rose is pruned annually. This is the world’s symbol of love…. The Roses.

The ministry will bring forth the beauty in the lives of people, making them to blossom, in spite of the prickles, pain and challenges of life. Just as the thorns hold up the rose, so will the challenges we face, to build us up to come forth as refined gold, hanging more firmly onto our God and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Praise be to the God, the father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. 2 Cor. 1:4.
